Yesterday, I was reading an article in the Huffington Post discussing whether people 50 and over should get anti-aging treatments and it got me thinking…? What exactly are my health priorities as I get older. For myself, I want to be fit and able to do the outdoor activities I love well into my golden years, such as; hiking, camping, skiing and rock climbing. However, I realized in reading the above article that my desires may differ greatly from others. I want to hear from you. What are your health concerns as you grow older?
